    Family Day 2007

Last weekend the company had a Family Day event in the office space itself, which to be quite frank, is the first time I've ever heard of happening. Was one of the committee members, but really, that's not what this post is about. What I really want to post about is this:

    and this:

    DSC00106

Hahahahahah yep, I got myself painted on. From afar it looks like I have a rash/ allergy/ disease on my face, but upon closer inspection you can see the shape of the rose. Really talented, those guys who did this. The lady who painted on my face took just 5 minutes! Unheard of (by me)!

All in all, I really had a syiok time on Family Day, eventhough I didn't bring anyone and came alone coz I'm a loser like that. Hahah.

    New addiction: Free Rice

I'm maybe a couple of "net" years late into this, but am completely hooked on Free Rice!

Basically it's a vocabulary game where you choose the answer that is synonymous to the given word. 20 grain of rice will be donated through the United Nations for every correct answer. The site says that other than to help feed the poor, we're also learning English for free. I mean, yeah, that's true and all, but I'm more interested in getting the correct answer... my ego cannot take failures!

Help the poor while you help your ego:

    Sweeney Todd

    Definite MUST SEE.

Tim Burton and Johnny Depp are the only exceptions to the evils of cronyism, hear hear.

    Sweeney Todd

    Sweeney Todd

Based on the hit Broadway musical telling the tale of the infamous story of Benjamin Barker, a.k.a Sweeney Todd (Johnny Depp), who sets up a barber shop in ye olde London town which is the basis for a sinister partnership with his fellow tenant, Mrs. Lovett (Helena Bonham Carter).
